This is the second time we have worked with Bethanie. She represented us when we purchased this property and listed it for us when it was time to sell. Both situations were a little tricky given that the purchase was a foreclosed property and we were out of state for both transactions. Bethanie did a terrific job helping us buy our first home. She was very responsive and did a lot of extra work to vet paperwork, inspection, city records and all the terms of our contract. She even used her expertise in banking and home loan to discuss some of our options with our loan officer!
