Bethanie helped us buy a home on the Eastside after moving to the area in the summer of 2021. Since we were new, Bethanie and team not only helped us get to know the different neighborhoods, but they also gave us valuable tips and insights about the different school districts and helped us figure out which neighborhoods would be the right fit for us. When we were looking for a house, the market was very competitive with multiple offers above the asking price. Bethanie was always on top of things and helped us see every house quickly and put together a competitive, fair offer. We were able to finally find our new home, in a great neighborhood and couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the amazing team of Bethanie, Priscilla and Alise!
