Beth Sweet is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She listens to you, responses quickly and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Beth was instrumental in getting our property sold, she was very generous with her time in returning phone calls and seeing that every detail got handle in a timely manor.

Beth Sweet stayed on top of this listing through 3 hurricanes and extreme personal losses due to the first hurricane. We appreciate her efforts in finally bringing this to a close. Michael and Russelle Rankin

Beth Sweet is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the market We listed our lots on Saint James City with Beth. She did an excellent job marketing them. Even the signs on the property were very professional. First class all the way. Beth was able to sell the lots for us, at a fair market price. She stayed in touch all the way through and after closing. I would definitely recommend Beth Sweet.

I have known Beth Sweet for 2 years now knowing my plan was to end up on Pine Island and she was aware of the situation and we keep in contact about the market. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, knows the right people as far as insurance, Title Co, Inspectors etc. when something finally came up we jumped on it and was able to close in 4 weeks. The reason that happened is her connections in the area and her years of experience She is a true Rock Star !!

We contacted Beth Sweet to list our two lots in Saint James City. We had heard that she was an excellent Realtor on the Island. Beth was very thorough and knowledgeable. She made market suggestions that were spot on. She kept in touch with us and what market conditions were. She was able to secure a buyer for the lots and stayed in touch through and after the closing. I would highly recommend Beth Sweet.
