We contacted Beth Sweet to list our two lots in Saint James City. We had heard that she was an excellent Realtor on the Island. Beth was very thorough and knowledgeable. She made market suggestions that were spot on. She kept in touch with us and what market conditions were. She was able to secure a buyer for the lots and stayed in touch through and after the closing. I would highly recommend Beth Sweet.
