We feel so fortunate that we were referred to Ben and Meridee for the sale of our single family rental property which included some challenges. We could not have asked for a better team and I echo the another reviewer who says they go above and beyond. Getting the property ready required many talents and between them, they filled a variety of roles. We were amazed at how much time Ben spent on site! Their efforts added a lot to the final sale price. Their advice and support was top notch. Communication and attention to detail were exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with them both and I can't imagine bettor realtors.
