Ben was a great partner for us in the search for our home. Always patient, thoughtful and ready to meet us wherever we were in our path. He never pushed us to get to the finish line when we weren't ready, always making it clear that his priority was us getting a home we felt was right for us. He helped us understand what mattered and what didn't when we were considering places, and helping us decipher paperwork and disclosures. He was always patient about giving us the information we needed to make informed decisions. When we came to him with places and ideas he would readily come back with his own reflections based on his expertise and his understanding of what mattered to us. Overall a great experience working with him, we knew he could help us figure this out, even though it would take some time (and creative thinking).
