Both he and Meridee went above and beyond, which may help explain why we got multiple offers, all above asking, despite the recent downturn in the market.I checked the stats for my town - there have typically been around a dozen sfr's/multi-families for sale at any one time, but in the last three months, only one other house sold. It was much newer than mine, had been updated recently, and had about 50% more square feet...but it sold for 25K less than mine. All the other properties on the market are just sitting. These results speak for themselves - this 5-star rating was well deserved.
