Ben Levin helped my husband and I buy our first home and was very patient with us throughout the whole process. Believe it our not, Ben helped us for 3 years to find the perfect place that we felt comfortable with and loved!! Ben explained everything in detail and when we did not understand he took the time to make sure we understood everything fully, whether it was the process of buying a house to what bolts and retrofitting a foundation meant. This made everything less stressful for us and we actually enjoyed the house buying process. He was also responsive to phone calls and emails in a very timely manner where we felt that Ben was always there to help us. Ben read many disclosures for us and would summarize things that needed to be fixed right away, things to consider and estimated how much this would all cost us. He also had an eye for detail and would notice bolts in the foundation, electrical wiring updates, where we could renovate to make the space more efficient and other things. Ben went above and beyond to research the area we were looking to buy and had well informed insight on what the property would sell for. He also knew lenders that knew the area we were looking at to give accurate appraisals and such. Ben also has a lot of connections with the community so if we needed a quote for something he would know a reputable place to go to. Ben was honest, which is what we liked most about him. Even when my husband and I wanted to put an offer he told us his honest opinion which was that the property was a money pit and that we should reconsider. I feel like most agents just want to make money and encourage any offer you want to submit. But Ben really cares about where you end up buying a home and wants to make sure it is a good fit for you and your family. Ben is super friendly and approachable and we are going to miss talking to him! I do have to say, even though we officially got our house, Ben has checked up on us and still gave us advice. So we hope to stay in touch with him! We really recommend Ben as your realtor! And are so happy with how things turned out for us!
