Barb is the absolute best! She managed the sale of our condo and it was absolutely seamless. Very bit of advice she gave us was 100% on target and raised the value of our property. She had great suggestions regarding renovations, working with our current tenants, and negotiating with buyers. We would work with her again in a heart beat and give her our strongest recommendation!
