She set up an escrow timeline/checklist that was easy to follow, communicated with escrow and our loan officer to make sure everything was moving along on time, and she helped us set up the sewer lateral and sidewalk inspection. To top it off, Avni made us feel truly special in becoming first time homebuyers by hosting a champagne toast at our new home the day we got our keys.
