AnnaVee was everything I wanted in a realtor and more. She gave a professional and detailed presentation to “win” the job over other realtors I interviewed. She staged my house beautifully even using her own decorations for most of it and shopping for me as I requested since I was just too busy and didn’t have the knowledge she does with what sells. In fact I asked her to “make my home look like a model home” and that is exactly what she did. AnnaVee was also correct in how awesome the photographer was with coldwell banker Caine and how important these pictures and videos would be.
She gave very good data backed evidence on why 7 houses in my neighborhood had sat for months without a contract. We priced my house appropriately and had multiple offers in 9 days! I truly believe it was the staging, pictures and price that made this difference!
Throughout the entire process AnnaVee cheerfully responded to all my texts and inquiries and solved every problem we had. Her communication skills are impeccable, she will find out the answer swiftly if she doesn’t know, she will communicate with the buyers agent and get every issue worked out prior to and even on the day of closing. AnnaVee even continued to work hard after the closing and delivered some mail that had come to me!
