Andy is THE BEST!!! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, he is a TEN!!! As far as stars go, he is not a constellation, he is a GALAXY!!! In our transaction Andy represented the sellers in an estate sale that involved two different families on opposite coasts. His advice was always cautious, but rational. He did not rush the property to market, but was sure to see that the families were making timely decisions to have the house ready for showing at the opportune time. He provided solid recommendations for a variety of local service vendors, and coordinated house access as needed. His marketing was superb, in its pricing, timing, showing, and negotiating. He always did what he said he would do, was easy to deal with, and never let us down. He even found an out-of-state agent for another property the family needed to sell.

Andy was the consummate professional on our transaction. He was on top of everything, tried to anticipate and deal with any potential issues beforehand and was a total pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Andy Berger is the consummate professional realtor who is cheerful to work with and has the best get-it-done-well attitude. My family needed to sell a home, and we live faraway. We interviewed Andy and hired him immediately due to his depth of knowledge of the market and how to sell our house. From the very first day until the closing, he stepped up and took on so many responsibilities, he really went above and beyond our expectations. That sounds cliche but in Andy's case it is true. The house sold quickly with very successful results. I wish we had another house to sell so we could continue to work with Andy!

I highly recommend Andy Berger if you are purchasing or selling in Eagle County. Having grown up in Vail, I can’t imagine anyone with more thorough knowledge of the Vail valley and surrounding areas, the local real estate market, and neighborhoods and properties. Andy’s integrity and commitment to representing his clients’ interests is unquestionable. He’s also a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

Andy, was knowledgable and timely. From pre sale through post sale. Always available for questions, via text, email or a phone call. I hope anyone considering Andy for representation will treat his time as valuable as I do.

Andy Berger is a professional and very easy to work. Andy made himself very available throughout the entire process and is knowledgable of the Vail area and real estate.

Andy was so responsive to our questions (and we had many!) in such a timely manner. He is a hard worker and was patient with us until we found the right home! He was so easy to work with and very helpful in so many ways; he goes above and beyond! Buying a home over 2,000 miles away, was made easy with Andy's help!
