My phone calls and all my questions ASAP. she went beyond what her job called for. She was also caring throughout the process and emotionally supported as I was buying a home by myself and very nervous. She was organized and she strategically let me know what to do step-by-step in this process . I was buying a home in North Carolina and resided in New York and I couldn’t do the second walk-through and she FaceTime me and she was precise at looking at all the task that we’re not done the 1st walk through and she made sure that they were done. She probably did the walk-through better than me and i’m the homeowner which was beyond appreciated…and even went beyond closing to make sure all my appliances were registered she reminded me of that and my thermostat was able to work through an app and checked in on me when the furniture was getting delivered. She is an exceptional realtor and person if I ever buy or sell a home again I’m using Amy and anyone I know who want to buy a place here I would recommend Amy 100%
