My agent, Bill Whitman, was very efficient and very helpful. Some people complain about Real Estate agent commissions. Not me. My agent worked hard to make this sale happen. I could never have handled all the details he took care of as a matter of course. My agent earned every penny of his pay.

Amelia did an awesome job selling our townhouse. Amelia did a great job helping us to get the property ready for showings. She took her own pics and video for the virtual tour. All very beautifully and professionally done. She also provided a stager to assist with getting our home ready for viewing. A huge help given all the other things we needed to attend to. Her advice was critical in getting us to adjust our listing price to keep us in line with other similar properties on the market. When things appeared to be rather sluggish in terms of viewings; she sought additional advice from her father and another real estate agent in the area. She was always available and responsive to our many questions. All of her hard work and attention paid off and we sold our townhouse in a timely manner.
