Amelia did an awesome job selling our townhouse. Amelia did a great job helping us to get the property ready for showings. She took her own pics and video for the virtual tour. All very beautifully and professionally done. She also provided a stager to assist with getting our home ready for  viewing. A huge help given all the other things we needed to attend to. Her advice was critical in getting us to adjust our listing price to keep us in line with other similar properties on the market. When things appeared to be rather sluggish in terms of viewings; she sought additional advice from her father and another real estate agent in the area. She was always available and responsive to our many questions. All of her hard work and attention paid off and we sold our townhouse in a timely manner. My wife and I were(and remain) very appreciative of Amelia’s time and hard work. We would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to sell their house.
