Adrienne and amazing job of helping us find a buyer for a rental property at a top dollar for the area. Adrienne actively communicated nearly every day on the status of the process and was extremely helpful in the closing process to ensure our objectives were met. Go well above and beyond. She made herself available for questions at all times and played as an exceptional mediary when called upon. She has an outstanding reputation and has her finger on the pulse of income property sales and values. Being a landlord herself, she totally understands the concerns of the landlord as a seller. Thanks Adrienne.

We are so thankful to have had Adrienne sell our property. There are so many of our friends that are agents but Adrienne set the bar exceptionally high and I can't think of a single person we know that sells real estate that works as hard as her. Adrienne, thank you again for an exceptional job. We will be sure to refer you to anyone who has a need to an awesome agent.

Adrienne Foland--Thanks for another GREAT experience. YOU are MY realtor! No need to look anywhere else!

After listing my home with remax and Coldwell , Adrienne took my listing and sold it for more money. She listened to my marketing ideas and was extremely professional. Any problems that arouse she handled including open permits with the corrupt city. After closing she provided all the accounting details needed for my tax attorney . I can only hope any seller considers Adrienne when listing their property.

12/16/19 - My husband Jon and I have just closed our 4th real estate transaction with Adrienne Foland. We are such satisfied customers and highly recommend her services. Adrienne is a consummate professional and top of her field. She is knowledgeable of our market and is organized and proactive in helping us sell/buy our homes. We thank Adrienne for this most recent sale, wonderful to work with you again. Best Regards, Richard Johann Jon Hinz

As I sit here and think about how hard you work to earn the business of our community, we always knew we would choose you to sell our home of 20 years. Not only did you accurately predict the approximate time frame in which our home would sell, your marketing efforts brought a buyer to the table  who was as excited about buying our home as we were in 1996! We are so happy and thank you so much!

Her main concern was getting us exactly what we wanted and not just selling a house.

We could not have asked for more. Adrienne was accommodating, flexible, professional, etc.

Thank you Adrienne for keeping up on all of this for us… You must be exhausted… We appreciate what you have done for us since we contracted with Balistreri.

Yes - great, great job. Adrienne is on top of it all!
