Laura, Christine and the Bali Team at Balistreri Real estate have been an amazing partnership for us at RAM Lighthouse since we met. They have helped us tremendously making sure our property is always performing well and stays occupied. They also go out of their way with making sure new tenants settle in smoothly without us needing to be there every time.

Christine Van Buskirk and her team represented me for the sale of my Highland Beach condominium which closed in August 2025 Miss Van Buskirk and her realty firm did an outstanding job she made reasonable recommendations to prepare the property, gave me well researched advice as to pricing and was always available to speak in keeping with my limitations of availability as a still practicing physician. she was helpful, negotiating some of the requirements and potential pitfalls of such a long distance undertaking.. she interacted smoothly with the law, firm representing me and helped me with interactions with the condominium management office, which was less than effective I can recommend Miss Van Buskirk and I believe by extension her organization without hesitation

We bought our home in Lighthouse Point last year, and working with Christine made the whole process very smooth. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always one step ahead, so every stage of the purchase went smoothly from offer to closing. She made a potentially stressful experience feel easy. I'd recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

We are so grateful to have been referred to Christine! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect rental home in South Florida, understanding how important the right school district was for our family. She patiently toured homes with our family members while we joined via FaceTime from California, and suggested wonderful options we hadn’t considered. Her kindness, patience, and dedication made the entire process so much easier. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her help as we began our Florida adventure. We highly recommend Christine and her well respected team!

Christine recently help us buy our new house and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process. We had anticipated renovating our existing house rather than moving, but ultimately decided we weren't up for that process and decided to move within Lighthouse Point. We reached out to Christine to see what was on the market that would be move-in ready and meet our needs for home office space and a better layout for our two teenage boys. We had a very narrow search area because we wanted to stay within Lighthouse Point, and Christine pulled together visits within 24 hours of reaching out to her. We saw the 10 or so houses that were on the market in our price range and ultimately decided on the house we're now in. Beyond just the basic number of bedrooms and bathrooms, she understood the more nuanced needs that our family had and only showed us properties that fit those needs which saved us time and made the decision easy. It was an extremely efficient process that ultimately ended with us moving within 30 days of first reaching out to her!! We absolutely love our new home and we're so grateful for her counsel throughout the process.

Matt was absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was knowledgeable and patient.

Thanks to Christine Balistreri and team, we closed in 2 weeks during the holidays, which is unheard of. Christine was patient and showed us numerous properties within a 3 month period. We got the property we wanted at the price we hoped for. Thank you for being so patient with us and we cannot wait to work with you again!

We reached out to Laura to manage the sale of a property in Ft. Lauderdale. It was a very sensitive situation as we had 2 parties involved, one in Canada and the other in Portugal. With the different time zones and crazy schedules Laura and the Team kept it all together. They were the glue and our boots on the ground. It was all done remotely with the utmost professionalism and assistance. Laura was extremely responsive to every one my questions and provided great feedback. I have dealt with may realtors both in Canada and Europe and without a question they are truly the BEST. If you are looking for a realtor to partner with that will be your third arm I encourage you to reach out to Laura and the Bali Team.

Christine and her Bali Team Realty are awesome!!! They help us rent for several years and when we decided to sell they made the selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening all the time. We had moved away from the area, but Christine was always there for us to ensure the property was well cared for, addressing both large and small issues. She demonstarted hercommitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much, Christine!

Flawless transaction and the NICEST people!!!
