Adam was fabulous. From the beginning to the closing. He was attentive, on time, courteous and very helpful with the process of buying a winter home in Florida. You’ll be very satisfied if you choose him as an agent
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Adam! We first met Adam about a year ago. We were thinking of purchasing property on Siesta Key but it would be at least a year before we were ready to purchase. That was fine with Adam, he happily showed us properties so we could get an idea of the market. Fast forward a year and we were now ready to make a purchase. Adam was ready to take all the time we needed to find the perfect place. He listened to our needs and wants and found many potential homes. We did find a condo we loved and Adam was with us through the entire process from making an offer to closing. He was always patient with our many questions and returned phone calls and texts quickly. Adam's kindness, calm manner and competence make Adam a top realtor that we highly recommend.
Adam was very knowledgeable about the Siesta Key market. He was very accommodating in working around our schedule as we live in Arizona, and once we were in escrow he was great about arranging access to the unit for contractors, decorators and inspectors. He also has a thorough understanding of the financial side of the transactions and was able to provide pro-formas as needed. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working with you, Adam, as you made the entire process quite easy albeit very emotionally trying for us. Your guidance and advice throughout was spot on! Can't thank you enough for everything.
