Adam was very knowledgeable about the Siesta Key market. He was very accommodating in working around our schedule as we live in Arizona and once we were in escrow he was great about arranging access to the unit for contractors, decorators and inspectors. He has also has a thorough understanding of the financial side of the transactions and able to provide pro-formas as needed, Highly recommended.
