Daniel has made the entire home purchasing process incredibly easy. As someone who has an incredibly hectic schedule, I was not able to find the time to do some research. However, Daniel was able to answer every question I had and did the research for me without providing any bias to sway me into making any hasty decisions. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with Daniel since not only has he made the process easy, but he has so many connections and resources that continually benefit me even past the purchasing process (i.e. local contractors, loan officers, etc.). This is my second time purchasing a home, and this time around, by far, has been incredibly stress-free and smooth sailing. If you are looking for someone to get the job done and do the research for you, Dan is YOUR MAN!

During an incredibly stressful time trying to secure our late grandmother's home, our realtor Daniel was a beacon of hope and support. He approached every challenge with empathy and professionalism, easing our worries and handling all the complexities with grace. Daniel's dedication and kindness made a world of difference to our family. We are forever grateful for his unwavering support and exceptional service during such a difficult period. Thank you for being our guiding light Daniel.

Dan is an excellent agent who understands the needs and wants of his clients. Before we met, we had been searching the housing market for quite a while and were worried a lot as first-time homebuyers. In the initial meeting, he walked us through every issue related to our concerns and wants; showing us we were with a knowledgeable and caring agent. He was always quick to respond and looked for each detail in the options we had seen. We were going back and forth between getting a ready-to-move 2bdr condo as a starter home; or a 3bdr fixer-upper house that we can finish over time. Dan understood the pros and cons of each option well and compared the choices with us whenever we visited a new one. That way we were sure that we got a good deal and were not missing any other opportunities, when we bought our 3bdr ranch in a nice neighborhood, building more than 30K equity on a well-maintained fixer-upper. We are even planning to invite Dan to our housewarming party as we were able to land this beautiful home and meet these wonderful neighbors thanks to his honesty and hard work.

Daniel (Dan) is a great communicator and gets the things done immediately. We have met with him in an open house in today's seller market. Although it may not be the best time to buy, he patiently escorted us in our searches and arranged viewings promptly. He was always open to all sorts of questions and adapted to changing requirements. We started looking for a condo, and then decided to give it a shot for other types of houses as well. He actively searched for homes, pinged us whenever there is/will be a one available soon on the market. Not just during hunting but also after getting the offer accepted, he was very helpful with arranging meetings, negotiations, visits, and even contacting with contractors to get estimates for potential improvements. I would definitely recommend working with Dan and will definitely call him in case if need further assistance for my home. Thank you Dan. It was amazing to work with you.

Dan is the man! I am so happy I chose him as my realtor when deciding to buy my first house. He went above and beyond my expectations, making sure I saw every house in the specifications, location and budget that I asked for as soon as it went on the market. When it came time that I found something I wanted, Dan made sure that I was able to see it in a timely manner. With the market how it is, good homes can be bought quickly which is why it is nice to have someone as punctual and attentive as Daniel on your side. I can’t say enough good things about everyone he has introduced me to, he’s got an amazing team behind him that will go above and beyond to make the home buying process as easy as possible. Thank you Dan and everybody who has helped from the realty executives office!

Daniel was amazing to work with, he made the home buying process much easier by explaining steps and having direct contacts to the people we needed. The entire process moved very quickly but he stayed punctual so everything ran smoothly for us. He’s very personable and was great with our daughter JoAnn.
