Daniel (Dan) is a great communicator and gets the things done immediately. We have met with him in an open house in today's seller market. Although it may not be the best time to buy, he patiently escorted us in our searches and arranged viewings promptly. He was always open to all sorts of questions and adapted to changing requirements. We started looking for a condo, and then decided to give it a shot for other types of houses as well. He actively searched for homes, pinged us whenever there is/will be a one available soon on the market.
