Lindy Bacon has been an excellent property manager. She is a very effective advocate for my property, and she continually serves in the best interests of the tenants. Your organization is lucky to have her on your team.
One improvement I would make: Suggest having property managers discuss qualifying prospective tenants with property owners prior to lease signing. I've been a customer of Locations (and its predecessor property management companies) since 1987 and rarely have had prospects discussed with me. This is unusual because I have rental properties in California, NY and Florida and property managers there do discuss prospective tenants. I can understand not discussing when the owner is not interested or not available, but in my case I am very responsive.
I have personally worked with a lot of Locations property managers while working on multiple properties on island. I have worked with a lot of other property managers as well and that’s why I chose Locations to be my property manager and I’m very happy I made that decision!
Locations in general and property manager in particular have done exceptionally well in handling the rental of the unit and ensuring that the property is kept in good condition for the renter. Property manager has been especially diligent in providing updates and anticipating repairs to be made and handling the repair or replacement work giving us various options to resolve the problem.
