Carmela is a force of nature! She facilitated the complicated process of buying a vintage Stamm house, made more difficult because the home was held in a trust. She negotiated repairs to a number of items, and she supplied moral support when things didn't look rosy. Further, I was having trouble with my realtor in Washington State, who had produced no results in almost four months. Carmela interviewed realtors over the phone and found one in Washington who was both efficient and helpful. The house sold in three weeks, and Carmel was largely responsible. When we drove down from Washington, Carmela met us at the house - which I had seen only in photos, not in person. She was filled with delight that I loved the place. Since then, Carmela has suggested tradesmen to help with the inevitable fixes required in an older home. And soon, she will be assisting another relative in moving to Santa Fe. Natalie Rivera Benavent is dedicated, available, and a facilitator. She welcomed my dog with a water bowl into our first meeting after an hour’s notice that I wanted to meet with her. From the start, Natalie told me that most important to her was that I was completely happy in my new home. She checked in constantly to see if I had any questions. She explained the hard math of points, interest, and paydowns. While out of town on a family emergency, she was sending me easy docu-signs to keep me moving forward on my closing.
