Tracel was amazing! She helped us find our perfect first home within the criteria we gave her. She was there to assist us at our walkthroughs and showed great knowledge in new construction. Asked all the questions we didn’t think or know to ask.

Tracel was incredibly helpful as we looked for a home in Wilmington that would meet our varied needs. She was especially helpful during the negotiation process as we considered what was a fair amount for our new home as well as after the purchase when she helped us locate the tradespeople we needed to care for our new home.

Our agent, Tracel Wilt, was awesome, going above and beyond to help us find our vacation home and get things finalized in the short time frame we had. All of the people in the office were right on top of things, paperwork, etc, always quick to answer any questions we had.

Tracel Wilt was a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. She was very professional and promptly responded to our emails. She set up all our appointment requests in a timely manner. We would definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
