I have bought and sold many homes in several states over the years, so have dealt with real estate professionals many times. Overall, my view on the profession hasn't been very positive. Too often, it was clear that the agents were box-checking and doing as little as possible to earn their commissions. Frequently, I had to did more leg work to find good listings that fit my criteria than the agent did. With Page, I can honestly say that she resurrected my faith in real estate professionals and put the "profession" into the industry. Page worked tirelessly to find homes that matched my criteria. She listened carefully to our conversations to glean what I wanted and what I didn't want. Page took feedback as we looked at homes and adjusted her search parameters based on my real-time responses to listings we viewed. She demonstrated enormous levels of flexibility to deal with my schedule, so we could get into as many listings as possible during my time in the Vail Valley. When we found my "forever home," Page worked aggressively to make sure I got the best deal possible and dealt amazingly patient with a sloppy selling agent and absent seller. Her dogged pursuit of getting me the deal I wanted included negotiating core provisions creatively and always focusing on the bottom line. At the end of the day, I got a deal below what we believe the property was worth, which I attribute to Page's strong analysis of the market and her read on the seller's position. Page's dedication to the deal didn't stop once the contract was signed. She made sure I was aware of every step that needed to occur and pushed the seller's agent to stay on track, as well. After a few issues arose during the inspection, Page again made sure to get the issues resolved before closing, so I could walk into a "perfect" home. Due to potential delivery timelines that could have been misaligned with taking possession, Page offered a creative solution that allowed me to order key pieces of furniture and other necessary items, which made it possible for me to sleep in my new home immediately. Beyond her strong real estate knowledge and skills, I also got to know Page due to spending time with her working on the deal. She isn't just a terrific real estate agent, she is terrific human being. I strongly and unequivocally recommend using Page for your real estate needs in the Vail Valley. She knocked it out of the park for me. She will for you, too.
