We are so grateful to have had Pam Walker as our realtor for the sale of our Lake Oconee condo. Navigating an unpredictable real estate market can be daunting, but Pam's expertise and proactive approach gave us total peace of mind. She guided us through exactly which repairs would yield the best return and assisted with minor staging to ensure the condo showed perfectly.

Stacy was a joy to work with. She was tireless in her effort to make sure she found us the perfect house. Her communication was excellent, probably the thing that kept us sane throughout the process. She was always willing and able to meet our time frame for house hunting and always kept us posted on what was available. I would highly recommend Stacy to anyone who wants to move without the added frustration of an agent that falls short of her ability.

During the process of selling our home, Stacy was a great communicator. That is extremely important during a very stressful time. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and saved us a lot of time and effort by making suggestions that were very relevant. We knew from the first moment we met that Stacy was the way to go. She made us feel like she was as interested in selling our house as we were. That may sound silly, but we have moved 15 times, and seldom has that ever happened before. I sincerely believe I would recommend Stacy to anyone and everyone I know. She gets the job done and is also such a sincere individual. Not to reiterate, but her communication skills are a great talent and make the entire process much less stressful.

Pamela Walker with Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty was outstanding to work with! She is incredibly detail-oriented and stays on top of every aspect of the transaction from start to finish. Her communication, professionalism, and follow-through made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly every step of the way. I highly recommend Pamela to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and dedicated real estate professional.

We listed our home in a difficult market — trying economic times, overseas instability, and lake home pricing "normalizing" from an all-time high. We wanted an agent skilled in navigating these challenges. Marge Sorrell listed our home and represented us in exceptional fashion from start to finish. From our first conversation, she was upfront regarding the market conditions. Her communication was constant and immediate (not 'lake time!'). When it became clear we needed to adjust our price to stay competitive, she walked us through the data and helped us make that call with confidence instead of guesswork. Her marketing was sharp — professional photos, strategic social media use, and smart timing that got the right buyers through the door. She negotiated on our behalf as if it was her own home on the line. She handled the details calmly (even the unavoidable challenges) and kept things moving instead of letting them stall the sale. Our home sold in less than 60 days in a market that wasn't in our favor, and we never once felt like we were navigating it alone. Having an agent who combines local expertise, honest guidance, and genuine care for her clients made all the difference. We enthusiastically recommend Marge Sorrell to anyone buying or selling in this market — she's the real deal!

I wanted to move originally to Lake Oconee and called the real-estate office and was lucky enough to get Melony Greene as my realtor. She found houses right away for me and we spent a day together. We had so much fun looking at potential homes. I didn't see anything in Greensboro but she suggested Madison and I really loved it there. Unfortunately there wasn't much for sale in my price bracket. We found a wonderful home in Rome and she drove two hours to meet me there. The last house was the one I loved and bought. I'm going to ask her to sell my mom's house next.

Melody has to be the most professional real estate agent that we have ever found. Given our criteria, she was non-stop in finding the perfect home for us. Very positive attitude, knowledgeable of the community, and assisted us in meeting bankers and attorneys to close on the home. Thanks for making this happen-very happy!

I can’t say enough great things about working with Melony Greene. My husband and I have been actively expanding our vacation rental portfolio and were exploring new markets after seeing Lake Sinclair featured on a show. It was more of a casual idea at first—but then Melony reached out, and everything changed. From our very first conversation, she made us feel completely comfortable and quickly understood our investment goals—even when we didn’t fully have them dialed in ourselves. When we decided to visit, she spent multiple full days with us—not just showing properties, but truly introducing us to the area, the nuances of the market, and what would make a smart investment. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been spending time with a longtime friend. There was never any pressure, only genuine support, insight, and guidance. Melony is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. If she doesn’t have an answer, she finds it—and she continues to keep an eye out for opportunities that align with our goals. It was very clear that she had our best interests in mind every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands both people and property—and goes above and beyond—Melony is it.

Jamie is a skilled real estate professional. She has an extensive knowledge of Lake Oconee real estate, the market and a network of others who she works with. She did an outstanding job of marketing our home - from the description and photos- and she put it under contract in three weeks. Best of all she’s someone you can trust and she has a great demeanor with everyone. It was a pleasure to have her list our home.

We had a great experience working with Margie to sell our house. She was always available when we had questions, kept us informed throughout the whole process, and made everything so much easier than we expected. Selling a home can be stressful, but she helped us every step of the way. We always felt like Margie had our best interests in mind. We are so thankful for all of her hard work and would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
