I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of this team from Coldwell Banker. Violet and Stephane went above and beyond in helping me with a quick sale of my home. I felt like they gave me priority in terms of attention to my needs and wishes and to preparing my house to go on the market. They were present for every appointed showing and organized a weekend of an open house, working with our community's HOA to make sure the open house went smoothly and that the neighborhood would not be impacted by traffic.Violet ran interference with the inspection and liaised with the roofing company we had under warranty to make some minor repairs requested by the buyer.
