Violet Boerescu recently represented me in the purchase of two beautiful beach homes on Amelia Island. I had time constraints on my deals, which presented a challenge. Violet worked tirelessly and was determined to meet the goals we set. She gave me sound advice and has a good feel for the real estate market. She did an amazing job planning, strategizing, and closing both deals! I am a client that requires a lot of communication, feedback, and analysis. Violet exceeded my expectations and was such a a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Violet for your real estate needs.
