Violet worked diligently to find a home for me that met my needs. She was responsive and made it her business to be on top of housing market trends in my desired location. When I was ready to make an offer, she proved to be an able and competent negotiator, and I was quite satisfied with the results. As an added bonus, she has been an excellent resource for recommendations on area services and attractions. I feel quite fortunate to have had her guidance and expertise throughout my home buying experience. I recommend her without any reservation.
