Very smooth transaction…..on schedule and very responsive service!

I have worked with many realtors in several different regional markets. Jake was by far the best. He went above and beyond to ensure a quick sale at the highest possible price. He was very knowledgable of the current market conditions and the value of our home. I would strongly recommend Jake to others.

Jake was a terrific partner and greatly assisted us in finding our home. He is a strong communicator and excelled at keeping us informed and educated during the home buying process. His bias for action ensured that we were able to view any home that we felt could be “the one”, and was quick to schedule showings for us. When it came time to place an offer, he swiftly educated us on the process and dove deep on each form to ensure that we understood each term and that we were satisfied with our offer. I highly recommend Jake and enjoyed how he made the home buying process feel like a breeze.

Jake was great to work with. Good communicator and negotiator. It was a pleasure working with Jake.

Jake Kanev did an amazing job of negotiating with the sellers for us. He was polite, professional and approachable. We really enjoyed working with Jake.

Jake was very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my first home. He was very responsive at all times and patient with my endless questions. Jake had my best interests at heart instead of pushing a sale where he had the chance to do so many times. He made sure I was 100% happy with my decision and found the perfect home based on what I told him during our search.

Jake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. My only other real estate experience was 8 years ago in a different city, and it was invaluable to work with an agent that was as familiar with the Seattle market and real estate process as Jake was. To top it all off, he introduced me to a great Pho restaurant! I have now been in the condo he helped me find for 2 months and couldn't be happier!!!

Jake helped us purchase our home in April 2016 and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance navigating the crazy western Washington real estate market. We demanded a lot from Jake and he met those demands and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We looked at SO MANY properties and Jake was there to get us in before work, after work, on lunch breaks and on weekends. He wasn't going to rest until we found our house. In fact, the house we purchased we only knew to go to on a Sunday because Jake had found it on a search of the multiple listing service on Saturday evening, after we had hit all the open houses that weekend. He noticed that it had been listed Saturday morning, knew that it was what we were looking for and let us know it was going to be open the next day. If it wasn't for Jake's hard work we never would have seen the house, let alone been able to make a winning offer! We won't hesitate to use Jake the next time we want to buy or sell real estate. You shouldn't either.

Jake was incredibly helpful for us in navigating our first home buying experience. We had no idea what we were doing, but Jake was always there to walk us through every process and answer any questions that came up along the way. Jake is incredibly responsive and flexible, it was never difficult to get ahold of him and he was always willing to make the team to meet with us whenever it worked for our schedule. After touring many homes, we found one we fell in love with and Jake's industry knowledge helped us present the best offer and land the home. I highly recommend Jake to anybody looking to buy a home in the greater Seattle area.

Jake was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale of my home and was always willing to go the extra mile in helping me prepare for the sale of my home. He even found clients to purchase some of my furniture which was a great assist to me, In short, he was a jot to work with. I would highly recommend him to any client looking for a realtor.
