Jake helped us purchase our home in April 2016 and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance navigating the crazy western Washington real estate market. We demanded a lot from Jake and he met those demands and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. We looked at SO MANY properties and Jake was there to get us in before work, after work, on lunch breaks and on weekends. He wasn't going to rest until we found our house. In fact, the house we purchased we only knew to go to on a Sunday because Jake had found it on a search of the multiple listing service on Saturday evening, after we had hit all the open houses that weekend. He noticed that it had been listed Saturday morning, knew that it was what we were looking for and let us know it was going to be open the next day. If it wasn't for Jake's hard work we never would have seen the house, let alone been able to make a winning offer! We won't hesitate to use Jake the next time we want to buy or sell real estate. You shouldn't either.
