She went over all the possibilities, pros and cons so that I could make well-informed decisions about how much I wanted to do. When the polishing up was underway, Sharon suggested a wonderful organizer/packer to help me get the home ready to sell. She also brought in an amazing stager who had great suggestions for the finishing touches to really bring out the best in my home. I was so thrilled to see the final result and it made an excellent impact on my bottom line. Once we were ready to list, Sharon’s resources at Coldwell Banker were there immediately with a professional photographer for the online house tour and brochures. Sharon studied all the comparables in my area and consulted her various resources to set a listing price that would bring in the best range of potential buyers, set up open houses, and within the original time frame we had set, I had multiple, excellent offers for my home, all over asking price. Prior to my retirement in August 2023, I found myself in the position to sell my Willow Glen home of 20 years and buy a new home in preparation of getting a fresh start in retirement.
