Sharon did a wonderful job as our selling realtor through the entire process beginning with updating our condo to finalizing any last minute details. She is very organized and created a detailed timeline which kept us on schedule and addressing next steps in the order to be most efficient. She created a spreadsheet detailing all costs that we discussed and agreed on at the beginning so we had no monetary surprises, and she updated it with actual cost comparisons so we knew every step of the way where our budget was, how much we spent and what was left to be done/purchased. She helped us research material and items for the upgrades and had readily available contacts for any work to be done. She also brought in a stager/interior decorator to give feedback on the upgrades which helped steer us in keeping a cohesive and appealing final look. Sharon is involved in every step, will walk you through every process and explain anything you have questions about, and is available whenever you need her. We were never left wondering what needed to be done and how to get it done. We also had the added stress of selling the property through a 1031 exchange and Sharon made sure we were all educated on the process and knew what to expect, and had everyone in place for a smooth transaction. Soon after we put our condo on the market several other identical units were also listed in the same complex, Sharon negotiated and got ours sold while the others still remained on the market several months later.
