Marigrace was so pleasant to work with. Although it seems purchasing a home "sight unseen" is becoming more common, the most important aspect is having a dependable realtor. From the beginning, Marigrace made herself available to answer any questions we had. She visited multiple properties for us in person to take pictures and videos. But what really set her apart was when she shared her experience (and what would become our experience) of the commute. She was great at communicating, sometimes overcommunicating (which is what you want), gave updates, coordinated with all the different entities, and made the entire process smooth. As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of anxiety and questions, and Marigrace was patient, graceful, and made sure our best interest was at heart. I don't ever leave reviews, but she deserves every ounce of credit. Feel free to work with her. You won't regret it!
