This review is WAY overdue, but I have to say if we had the chance to go back and choose a realtor to help us sell our house, my husband and I would choose Marigrace all over again! Marigrace let us make our own decisions and didn't try to force anything we weren't interested in. She was a top-notch professional in every aspect of the word, she helped negotiate as if we were family and never promised anything she wasn't able to deliver! We put our house on the market on Friday and we chose a buyer by Monday after several offers were made during the weekend!
