Andy was great.

I couldn’t have asked for a better more understanding realtor. Got my house sold fast and worked with me on finding the right home, not just any home. Got to know me and what I was looking for well enough that he could make suggestions on which houses were worth taking a look and which didn’t meet my standards and criteria. Made sure to point out things I may have missed when touring properties on items that could be current or future issues. Took me a while to hone in on what was most important but he helped me find the perfect spot and couldn’t be happier.

Andy was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a home and provided listings that fit what I was looking for. Andy promptly answer any questions I had and looked into my requests in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Andy to my family and friends.

Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with! We always felt he had our best interests at the forefront and was there to help with anything that came up throughout the buying and selling process. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Andy is very helpful and very responsive. He takes the time to listen and understand what your goals are and pushes to get them completed quickly.

Andy was great to work with, was persistent with the search for the right house. Very knowledgeable also.

When Andy came and toured our home, he had some advice of some things to do before taking pictures. He was very thorough in his walkthrough and when he left, we had a plan for moving forward. Based upon Andy's advice, when the house went up for sale we had an offer that we accepted within 2 days. What could of been a very stressful situation was very straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend using Andy Lindgren as your realtor whether buying or selling. His years of knowledge of the industry is a huge benefit.

Hi Andy, Thanks for doing such a good job! I appreciated all your help you gave us. You were very informative and truthful. Beverly Barter

Andy Lindgren is the best! I was sad to move out of his area of coverage because I would work with him forever. He is super knowledgeable and works diligently for us on the buy side as well as the sell side. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with his work.
