Got to know me and what I was looking for well enough that he could make suggestions on which houses were worth taking a look and which didn’t meet my standards and criteria. Made sure to point out things I may have missed when touring properties on items that could be current or future issues. Took me a while to hone in on what was most important but he helped me find the perfect spot and couldn’t be happier.
