Richie was the level head in the entire real estate transaction. I had come off a prior experience with another agent from a different brokerage that had tainted my view of the home selling process. I regretfully let that past experience dictate my attitude in my initial interactions with Richie although there was no fault on his own part whatsoever. He didn’t let that phase him in the slightest. I mistook his calm demeanor as disinterest, but come to find out it was just his laser focus on the task at hand. Richie was was the coolest head in the room and every minute of our working relationship he was selling my house. He was honest in every aspect of our deal, even when it came to the stuff one doesn’t want to hear. Even through my displeasure with the process Richie never changed. He was the same guy on the phone, in person and through email. He’s always on time, he gives it to you straight and gives you all he can to make the best decision for yourself. Plain and simple, Richie is an agent that sells houses. If you want to sell your house, I would recommend Richie to anyone who wants to sell their house because he will put his head down and get to work. When we got an offer, and it wasn’t what I wanted he said this isn’t “our offer,” he’s invested in the work he is doing and makes himself apart of and accountable for decisions made, and outcomes from those decisions. I was drowning in my situation and he literally saved me. And if someone says you can’t sell a house on Christmas, I can call their bluff because Richie can and did.
