My realtor was knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and honest about every home and disclosure we reviewed. He listened to my wants, needs, and what I was willing to compromise on. He identified strong pros/cons to help me narrow down and build my contingencies once we made an offer. 10/10 no notes!
