Beth is exceptional. She had sold two of my properties and helped me purchase as well. She has also been the agent for friends on more than one occasion. She is honest, thoughtful, supportive and takes the time to understand my questions and concerns. She is the best!!

Beth was wonderful in serving as our realtor and as a friend. She guided us through the home selling process for my mother's estate and was quick to answer any questions. As out of state sellers, she was the on-site coordinator for all pre-listing inspections, cleanings, and yardwork and was overall above and beyond in her responsibilities. Even now, she is helping us by returning our Spectrum equipment that was left behind. She was a great negotiator with the buyer's agent and we came to a settlement quite quickly and smoothly. Her technique of "bird-by-bird" allowed us to take small steps with this difficult process until we were ready and for that we are eternally grateful. Thank you, Beth!

Beth is always cool as a cucumber, which is extremely valuable in any real estate transaction. I have engaged her on both buy side and sell side transactions and highly recommend her to anyone

Beth did a wonderful job helping us find the right home in Wilmington. She took her time to show us different parts of the area and explain the pros/cons/and general feeling of each area. She worked well with the selling agent to find solutions to issues that came up. Her recommendations for different services were great, too. We would definitely highly recommend Beth to any friends or family looking to make a home in Wilmington.

Working with Beth Lennon was a wonderful experience. She was very freindly, responsive, and always available to answer our questions.

Beth was great to work with!

Beth was so helpful from the very beginning of the process right up to the end! She kept me informed in a timely manner and listened to what I wanted in a new home. I will be recommending Beth Lennon to all of my friends and family as a realtor!

It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Beth. She is very responsive to texts and phone calls and always follows through in getting answers to your questions. She is very familiar with the market and the area and offers good advice. We are fairly new to the area and she has been a wonderful source of information regarding people who provide services associated with buying and maintaining a home.

Beth Lennon was excellent to work with and made our first home buying experience a breeze! She listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect home for us. Everything from making the offer through closing has been easy even though we are out of state. Can’t recommend her enough!
