Beth was wonderful in serving as our realtor and as a friend. She guided us through the home selling process for my mother's estate and was quick to answer any questions. As out of state sellers, she was the on-site coordinator for all pre-listing inspections, cleanings, and yardwork and was overall above and beyond in her responsibilities. Even now, she is helping us by returning our Spectrum equipment that was left behind. She was a great negotiator with the buyer's agent and we came to a settlement quite quickly and smoothly. Her technique of "bird-by-bird" allowed us to take small steps with this difficult process until we were ready and for that we are eternally grateful. Thank you, Beth!
