Derrick was awesome. Either had an answer for all my questions, or knew where to get them. Reasonable, patient, and essentially always available by call or text. Derrick let us form our own opinions when looking at new properties and was always handy with advice and recommendations when asked or needed. I especially appreciated his candor. Derrick always set realistic expectations for both the selling of our old property and the purchase of our new home, and worked quickly and thoroughly despite being most likely incredibly busy with other things. He also didn't mind our youngest son following him around when looking at properties like a little duckling.
