Derrick is exceptional in the services and guidance he provides. From the beginning of putting our house on the market to the end, he was quick to respond to our questions and was kind enough to provide insight drawn from experience on what to expect as sellers in a difficult market. Without a doubt, I would recommend Derrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and make the situation equitable for all involved. Thank you for everything Derrick!
