Holton Smith was friendly, professional and very easy to work with through the process of selling our family home in Tampa. He guided the sale according to the needs of the situation, making it as smooth as possible for an older loved home. Many Thanks

This was my first time selling~ I was overwhelmed and not sure what to expect. Holton was there every step of the way in helping me with any answers I needed. His professionalism is outstanding and his approach boosted a top dollar scenario for the property. If your looking for an agent I highly recommend Holton and Smith & Associates Real Estate.

What a great realtor!!! Truly a great guy. So happy with everything. Can’t wait to work with him again.

Challenge given….challenge was accepted! Holton is an AMAZING realtor hands down. With the market as crazy is it is, and after running the numbers, I thought “If I could sell my home in Sarasota, and purchase a condo in Tampa for cash, in less than two months, let’s do this” I contacted Holton, after seeing his track record, and hearing about his positive reputation in the community. He didn’t hesitate, even though it was a lot of pressure. Holton was confident based on knowing the market trends, comps, neighborhoods, etc. I knew then, he could assist in accomplishing my real estate goals. Holton is highly knowledgeable in Tampa and me, being new to the area, discussed exactly what I was looking for, and gave the limited time frame. We immediately saw multiple units based on my criteria but he also gave helpful suggestions. If I had a thought or concern, he was happy to engage and educate me. At the end of the day, we found just what I was looking for and I closed on the condo in Tampa, 2 days after selling my Sarasota home. Thank you Holton! Will G. Sarasota FL

Holton is a extremely well and professional real estate agent . He’s so new to the field and he’s already attacking and finding deals . I’m extremely proud of him and as a friend I like to see him go above and beyond . Thank you Holton for the help , I wish you the best in your career !

I have to send a special very good remark about Holtan. He is the reason me and my wife bought such a beautiful house.

Holton Irwin was a pleasure to work with for my husband and I. There was never a time he was not responsive and he negotiated extremely well for us. I thought he did a great job keeping communication open between the buyer and seller and made sure everything moved forward efficiently.

Holton Irwin and Nicholas Buchanan were such a great team to work with. We found our property by going to an open house on a whim, and fell in love with the home and the neighborhood. Once under contract, Holton and Nicholas worked tirelessly to ensure the closing went off without a hitch, even when things popped up unexpectedly at the last second. Super nice people to deal with. After dealing with multiple other realtors on both the buyer and selling side of things in the Tampa area, we will definitely consider these two for our future realtor needs.

Holton gave nothing short but an amazing experience! At the time, I was looking for a house rental and I had many requirements that Holton accommodated for myself. He made the whole experience comforting and assuring. I would recommend Holton to anyone who is interested in buying or renting a property because he values his clients and their needs!

Moving can be difficult, but trying to move to Florida was next level hard. It felt like trying to reach the top shelves in the kitchen to grab the cookie jar as a 5 year old. Only that the cookies are the apartments, the shelves are the apartment complex and the height that prevented me from getting said cookies was all the obstacles that were suddenly in our way. Constant scam sites trying to take our money for bogus houses and then rejecting us. And then when they were real, we kept getting the same responses over and over “We’re sorry but you do not meet the minimun income to be here” or “we currently have a waitlist of three months” or “We will have apartments available in December”. I needed to move by July…. I honestly was getting very anxious and stressed because I had to get out of my apartment in the next three weeks and I had no place to call a home. It also complicated things that we are almost 200 MILES away from Florida so going there and checking places out was out of the question. After 2 months of intense searching I found a nice house. However I had my reservations. My friend recommended calling this realtor, Holton, over here to inspect the application. Quickly, Holton saw the red flags around this house (also the fact that the deed was not under the sellers name ). Thanks to him we avoided falling for a scam. But now we are back to square one. Still stressed and no place to call home. Luckily, this is were Holton’s magic come into play. Holton immediately looked at our criteria, including price range, ammenities and pet friendly was a must! He said “Yeah I think we can find a place for you and your partner within those ranges”. Soon after, Holton started working his magic. He began to send us links to apartments, houses and other places that were both safe, affordable and within our price range. Holton went above and beyond to even check these places out in person. He talked to management companies and inquired about the availability of their apartments and other homes that were looking for tenants. This man even went out of his way to drive miles away from Tampa to check out a house I found on Zillow. He provided daily updates and options for us to keep us busy, active and focus on finding that apartment. After a few weeks of intense searching, we were finally able to find an apartment near my job, within our price range, had in-unit laundry AND was pet friendly. Honestly I could not be any happier with the choice we made to get help from Holton because we were able to find a place to call home and if I ever buy I house I wouldn’t think twice in calling him to find our forever home. Thank you Holton for making this college student a little bit less anxious!! My partner and cats appreciate the work that you did for us! Florida here I come!! 10/10 would highly recommend.
