We have purchased two homes now with Melissa Schambs, and she is spectacular. Melissa was very involved with every step in the process, is always very responsive, and really knows real estate in the Triangle. For our first house purchase we were looking for a single-family home and she taught us all about old water pipes, siding, and a whole host of things to be on the lookout for. We felt great about purchasing an older home in Johnston County and we were happy with it.
