Prior to my family's relocation to North Carolina we were referred to Melissa Schambs. Melissa provided us with outstanding service. She was knowledgeable about the housing market, made excellent suggestions regarding neighborhoods, which was greatly appreciated as we were new to the state. She was responsive to our questions and made our first time home buying experience a hassle-free and enjoyable one. Words can not describe how pleased we are with Melissa's services, and how thankful we are for taking this home buying (new construction) journey with her.
