We have purchased two homes now with Melissa Schambs, and she is spectacular. Melissa was very involved with every step in the process, is always very responsive, and really knows real estate in the Triangle. For our first house purchase we were looking for a single-family home and she taught us all about old water pipes, siding, and a whole host of things to be on the lookout for. We felt great about purchasing an older home in Johnston County and we were happy with it. When it was time to move closer into the Triangle she helped us sell that house and look for a new townhouse. She knows so much she could have replaced our home inspector! We found a great townhouse to purchase, and again...she was right there for every step of the process! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
