I can’t say enough good things about Zach. He was very friendly, professional and patient while we looked for the perfect house. He was quick to respond to any messages and even gave out great recommendations on people who we could use to help with this process. If you are in need of a realtor I would highly recommend him.

Zach was there with us through the whole process! Great guy, very knowledgeable, and was extremely transparent! He was always accessible and very professional!

Zach was AMAZING to work with! He was so quick and made sure we were up to date through the whole process! If I know anyone needing a relator, 100% will be recommending Zach!

Zach has a military background so he’s dedicated, has great work ethic, listens to you, he’s trustworthy, well organized and will not mislead you. We listed our house on a Saturday morning and three days later we were under contract! If you are in the market to buy a home or list your home don’t hesitate to call not just our Realtor, but our friend and let him take care of every detail for you. You will NOT be disappointed you did.

Zach truly is a person that cares about people and he makes it obvious. I had questions about a document at 9:00 PM, so I texted him expecting an answer the next morning. Instead, he called immediately with answers. I will be recommending him to anyone that is looking for a place near Little Rock! Even after the sale was complete he has called to check on us and ask if he can help with anything else. Superior customer service!

Absolutely amazing! Great all around and he was so patient with us and helped us find the perfect place for us! Highly, highly recommend

Zach was an excellent help in our home buying process! We are first time home buyers and knew some things but there was a host of words thrown at us so frequently that it can become overwhelming but Zach helped us understand everything we needed to know to be fully aware of every home we looked at. He never pressured us into buying any particular home or talked down to us about not knowing something. He was funny, kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Zach to anyone who wants a top notch, always available, and excellent realtor!

Zach did everything humanly possible, in fact, he was much more helpful than I expected and more even than I could have hoped for. Always available to help sort out what turned into rough move. What with the lender's delay and the water heater bursting. The inspector mentioned the water heater was on it's end of life cycle, but didn't mention the saddle valves on the gas line under the house, a very expensive repair. Nonetheless, Zach was there for consolation and to offer advice. I have worked with 5 different agents over the course of this move, and Zach outshines them all.

Zach Townsend is not only an amazing agent but a phenomenal person. He's on top of anything and everything we asked for and even took care of things we didn't know we needed. We were never looking for an agent but we were so glad we stumbled upon him. He's truly been amazing, we recommend him to everyone and we'll use him again for all future transactions.
