I've known Yvonne for 56 years, and she is always genuinely happy, friendly and extremely personable. I have recently come to know another side of her as a real estate agent. She has extensive experience in dealing with housing in Cincinnati neighborhoods, and knows many little "hidden gems" of restaurants, coffee houses, unique markets, etc. She helped me avoid being scammed on the first property that I tried to buy (yikes!) and to walk away from another property with serious code violations that the owners would not correct. I was able to purchase an adorable house that was almost completely redone. She was very patient, willing to show me properties all over the city many times, and was a joy to work with. I highly recommend her as a very knowledgeable agent who is able to work through any difficult issues that arise and is able to explain the intricacies of any real estate deal. You will not be disappointed if she is your agent!

Generally positive experience. Was very responsive and professional for most of our engagement. Would have liked more engagement as an expert rather than a facilitator. For example, when I propose a course of action or a price offer I am less interested in hearing “we could do that” when what I need is whether we should do that Did feel like interest in talking to me waned significantly after we were out of the inspection period, like she was on to the next thing. For example, had to miss our closing for a family event and never even messaged a congrats or good working together after it closed
