I met Yumi by chance one random day I decided to go to the mall and my husband and I were just tossing the idea of buying our first home together. Yumi approached me as I was looking at the listings, she was very knowledgeable and gave me her card to follow up with me later. Not long after on the same day, we connected again and she was very professional and was happy to help my husband and I search for our first home. We made it clear to her that we were not in a rush in buying but still wanted to work with us in our search. She helped us in connecting with a loan officer, sent us various home listings that checked boxes, met with us to viewings of homes, and stayed in contact with us throughout the search. After only roughly 5 weeks, she helped us find our first home! Since our home was a new build, it took roughly 5 more months for it to be finished and we were able to move in. Even throughout the waiting period, Yumi remained in contact with us to make sure everything was still going smooth and answered any questions we had. She reassured us throughout the whole process and almost a year into living in our new home, we are still so happy with this find and still remain in contact with Yumi because she truly cares about our needs and goals when looking for the perfect home.
